COMPANY HISTORY AND NAME
Paul has a great love for the outdoors, and in his spare time can often be found working, fly-fishing or camping with friends at his family’s weekend property in Augusta, West Virginia, which is located on a prominent bend in the North River. It is after this property, nicknamed "Riverbend Ranch," that Riverbend Group was named. The concept of a bend in a river also serves as a symbol for a variety of positive life changes, and may evoke mental images of exciting new opportunities awaiting a person or organization "just around the bend." Like Robert Frost’s "road less traveled by" metaphor in his 1916 poem, "The Road Not Taken", the image of a riverbend also implies that there are important and perhaps difficult decisions to be made at a particular juncture in one’s life. For many of us, the "right" decision may ultimately be to select a different path from that which others might either choose for themselves or expect us to choose. What exciting opportunities await you or your organization around the next bend? Riverbend Group has the experience necessary to guide both candidates and employers through the potentially treacherous waters of the recruitment and hiring processes, and to navigate the way to successful, life-changing outcomes on behalf of those with whom we work. Please feel free to contact us to discuss how we can help you choose the course that is right for you. Two roads diverged in a wood and I - I took the road less traveled by, And that has made all the difference. -Robert Frost
