Riverbend Group, LLC is an executive search and consulting firm specializing in attorney recruitment and placement and related human resources consulting. We also have significant experience and capabilities in other industries, and are often able to assist serious employers and candidates in businesses other than the legal profession. International law is one of Riverbend Group’s key specialty areas, and we have successfully represented employers and/or candidates from Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean Basin, Asia (particularly South Korea, China and Japan), the former Soviet Union, and other locations around the globe. In some cases, we have even assisted major U.S.-based law firms in acquiring foreign offices and practice groups as part of their international expansion strategies. (It should be noted that much of this experience was gained prior to the formation of Riverbend Group, since Riverbend’s founder, Paul Heldenbrand, spent almost twenty years working as a senior search consultant for a Top 25 national executive search firm before forming Riverbend Group in early 2005.)
